At HATCH, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your changing body, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn maternity essentials. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to exchange for a different size, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receipt.
